SHIPPING, RETURNS, REFUNDS PAGE:

  • Return Policies
    (Creative Impressions Nursery) is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not meet your expectations (i.e. defective, misrepresented), you can return your item for an exchange or instore credit. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
    • Clearance or sale items are not refundable or returnable.  No exceptions.
    • Shipping is non-refundable*
    • A (PERCENTAGE / FEE 15%) Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear).  The remaining balance will be issued with instore credit. 
    • Refunds must be done within 7 days of receiving the item(s).

    *Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have shipping fees deducted from the refund.

    Shipping to and from (Creative Impressions Nursery) is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location.
